  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/ 1/2 cups heavy cream


  • In a food processor mix together sugar, sherry, brandy, grated lemon rind and vanilla. Process until sugar dissolves.
  • Add heavy cream. Beat until mixture thickens. Pour into glasses and chill in refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.
