If one seafood could be called a universal favorite it is shrimp. We cook 'old faithful' shrimp recipes, then turn around to exercise our creativity and create imaginative new shrimp recipes. Where shrimp is involved, there is no limit to the recipes we invent. And if shrimp is not to be used alone, we create recipes that incorporate shrimp with other forms of seafood. This is probably an age-old gift of the tired fisherman who had many types of fish, shrimp included, and learned how to combine them to make great recipe combinations.
