Seasons

We sing about the turn of the seasons, sometimes we moan about it, but generally we love the variety that the seasons bring us. We ski in winter, swim in summer. We rush to pick apples on a crisp autumn day and go out to plant at the first hint of spring's warmth. The turn of the seasons is an inspiration to poets.
We are now going into winter in the northern part of the globe, and into summer in the southern part. For a large number of the population, this is a major holiday time with Chanukah and Christmas looming in the very near future.
Enjoy each season. Here are some articles, some recipes, some menus that sing of all our seasons.
