2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
Juice and rind of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons butter
Method
Combine eggs and sugar in small heavy saucepan; mix well. Stir in lemon juice and rind; add butter. Place over low heat; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
