Spiced Buttered Rum Latte

A coffee to warm the cockles of anyone's heart.  From I love coffee!

  • 1 ounce (30ml) buttered rum-flavored syrup
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) gingerbread-flavored syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • 9 ounces (280 ml) steamed milk
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
 

Method

Combine both syrups at the bottom of a coffee mug.

Stir in the hot espresso.

Pour the steamed milk into the coffee mixture.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
