Method
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish or pan.
In a large skillet melt butter or margarine, add onions and cook until tender and let cool.
In a bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, cottage
cheese, salt and pepper. Each hot dog is now sliced into small bite size pieces. Add the
hot dogs to the egg mixture. Stir to combine well, then add the onions and noodles.
Pour into
baking dish. Add crushed Corn Flakes. Bake in preheated oven for 20
minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes when finished baking.
