Method
Heat grill.
In a stainless steel bowl, mix the meat with 3/4 cup pasta Sauce, 1/2 of the cheese, the minced onion and salt. Shape into 6 burgers of equal size.
Grill until done. (Internal Temp. of 160F)
Meanwhile, heat remaining pasta sauce. To serve, coat muffin bottom halves with a little sauce; arrange burgers on muffin halves. Divide remaining cheese equally on the burgers, top with a little more sauce and muffin halves.
