Hidden Ranch Burgers

Hidden ranch and hidden tortilla chips

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/3 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 3 tablespoons  ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 thick slices potato bread, toasted
 

Method

Combine ground beef, tortilla chips, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper; mix well.

Divide into 5 equal amounts and shape into patties.

Grill burgers over medium high heat 10 minutes on each side, or until no pink remains inside.

Serve on toasted potato bread. 

On a side platter, offer the usual fixings, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
