Rabbit
This
is a simple, but delicious recipe for rabbit. Though most of us think twice
before eating rabbit, it is a delicious meat.
- 1 medium rabbit, cut in pieces
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary,
or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley,
chopped
- Salt to taste
- Dried chili flakes (optional)
