METHOD
Heat oil in large skillet.
Stir in onion and sausage. Cook over medium heat only until onions are
tender and sausage is no longer pink. Do not overcook.
Drain off excess fat,
add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, chili powder, cumin and garlic
powder. Simmer over medium heat for half-hour.
Serves: 4 - 6
