Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix soup, mayonnaise,
sour cream, lemon juice and melted butter together. Stir to combine.
Add curry powder and
mix well. Add rabbit. Season to taste. (Not too much salt as there is
salt in the soup and you are using a mature cheddar.)
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
and then with cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350°
F oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has bubbled and turned golden.
Serve with a crisp green
salad and a tall glass of wine, just for Mum!
