Boil (not fry, bake,
or roast) the wiener and have it hot. Cut 1/4 inch off each end of wiener.
Liberally spread mustard
on both cut insides of bun; place wiener inside.
Top with two or three
tablespoons hot Cincinnati chili.
Top chili with 2 to 3
tablespoons chopped onion.
Sprinkle two or more
tablespoons cheddar cheese on top of everything else.
Eat this with a large
plate of 5-Way Chili. Enjoy.
