Microwave all ingredients in bowl 4 to 7 minutes at high power, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Set aside to cool, remembering that nuts hold heat for a long time. When cool, spread nuts on baking sheet covered with parchment paper to cool. Do not use waxed paper as the heat of the nuts could melt the wax. Brown paper is acceptable.
Store in an air-tight container.
