Method
Mix the cheese cream to soften and thin a bit. Mix well to evenly combine with olives, horseradish, and seasoning.
Gently spread the cheese mixture on the ham slices. Roll each slice and fasten with a cocktail toothpick.
Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces. Place on a serving tray lined with leafy curly lettuce leaves.
Serves: 10 - 12 as side dish on buffet
