Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease bottom of baking dish.
In separate bowl combine cheese and arugula.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture and place in baking dish (cheese side up of course). Top with a caper (pressing into mixture lightly so that it is visible but cannot move).
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for approximately 20 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before serving and sprinkle with fresh pepper and sea salt.
