Miso Vinaigrette

A lovely, light vinaigrette with the healthy enzymes of miso paste.

  • 1 tablespoon light miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
 

METHOD

In a small bowl, soften miso paste.  Using a whisk, mix in vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.  Whisk until well combined.

Add peanut and sesame oils.  Whisk until frothy.

Yield:  About 1/2 cup
