METHOD
Put all ingredients in
large saucepan. Fill just to cover with water.
Bring water to a boil.
When boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until very soft.
Either mash by hand or
puree in a food processor.
Delicious served with
yoghurt, or great for a holiday meal.
