METHOD
Mix mustard, sugar, salt,
vinegar, water and food coloring in a saucepan.
Bring just to the boil.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Drop eggs in a quart
mason jar. Pour heated mixture into jar over eggs.
Refrigerate and let stand
72 hours.
Add 10 turns fresh ground
black pepper
