Maple & Balsamic Glazed Grilled Salmon

  • 4 salmon steaks about 4 - 6 ounces each

Marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
 

Method

Marinade salmon several hours or overnight in the marinade. Remove salmon, reserve marinade. Heat marinade to boil.

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.  When the grill is ready, brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Place fish on grill 3 to 5 inches from coals. Grill salmon, basting frequently with marinade. Discard any leftover marinade.

Serves: 4
