Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Clean, peel and cube the rutabaga, and cook by steaming or in boiling water until tender. Drain.
Mash thoroughly and mix in remaining ingredients. Put into a 2-qt casserole and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
Serves: 4 - 6, depending on number of side dishes
