Method
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Lightly mix together all ingredients except for the sour
cream.When well mixed, drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spatula.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven or 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. They should be golden brown. To serve, top
with sour cream.
Yield: about 30 small latkes.
