In a large saucepan combine corn, ham, milk, cheese, onions and seasonings. Heat through over very low heat, stirring often. (Milk must not boil.)
When heated, test for seasonings and adjust if necessary. Sit in parsley and grated cheese and heat until cheese has melted, stirring all the while.
