Very gently but carefully pick over crab meat to remove any cartilage. Set aside.
Using a large mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, catsup, milk, pepper sauce, and lemon juice until well blended.
Gently stir in grated egg blending only until combined. Just as gently, add crab meat and toss until well coated.
Divide crab mixture into peeled avocado halves. Arrange watercress on 6 serving plates, and put a stuffed avocados half on each plate. Garnish with tomato wedges on sides of avocados, and with chopped parsley sprinkled over all.
