Salmon Patties (Canned Salmon)

  • 1 pound canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped and font
 

Method

Drain salmon and put into a mixing bowl.  Stir in add other ingredients. Mix. Shape into patties or the size you want.

Fry slowly in a lightly oiled skillet to prevent sticking and try not to press down with the spatula which essentially just presses out the juices.  Gently does it.
