METHOD
Shell and devein shrimp. Rinse, pat dry and set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients together in a food processor and blend until frothy. Put in a bowl with shrimp and marinate, refrigerated, for 1 - 2 hours. Halfway through the marinating process, mix shrimp well.
Thread shrimp on skewers without packing too tight which would prevent even grilling.
Spread foil over grilling rack. Puncture here and there to allow for draining. Cook shrimp for one minute, brush liberally with marinade and turn. Brush again.
Shrimp will cook in 3 - 5 minutes.
