METHOD
Relish: Combine
first 6 ingredients and whisk to blend thoroughly. Add strawberries, raisins
and walnuts and toss.
Grill: Spray grill
rack with non-stick coating. Rinse tilapia with cold water and pat dry
with paper towels. Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of fillets.
Place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from hot fire.
Cook 4-5 minutes per
1/2 inch measured at thickest point. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Serve covered with relish.
