METHOD
Preheat oven to 425°
F.
Cover red snapper completely
with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well.
Sauté garlic,
green onions and celery in butter until just tender, then stuff cavity
of fish with mixture.
Bake Snapper in preheated
425° F 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with whole green
onion stalks and parsley.
Serve immediately
