Quick Holiday Eggnog Pudding

When there's no time, this dresses up a packaged mix without adding pressure to a full schedule.

  • 2 cups cold milk      
  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla  pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
  • Additional ground nutmeg, optional (to taste)

 

Method

In a bowl, combine the milk, pudding mix, nutmeg and rum.   Beat for 2 minutes.

Spoon immediatly into individual dishes. Sprinkle with extra nutmeg for increased taste.
