Method
Dress up your favorite poultry or seafood dishes. This tangy relish is wonderful spooned over
grilled or broiled chicken and fish as well as with holiday meats. Turkey loves it!
Combine corn, pineapple, chiles, onion, bell pepper, cilantro and cayenne pepper in medium
bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
Yield: 3 cups.
